Whole Person Restoration Program

Designed for people facing chronic, complex, or treatment-resistant health challenges.

Helping You Restore Health by Addressing the Whole Person—Body, Mind, Emotions, Lifestyle, and Vitality-
Based on Dr. Joy Yang's BioSpiral™ Healing Framework

Your Body Is Like a City

A Newer City

Strong Foundations

Roads are well-maintained, power is reliable, drainage functions properly. When a problem appears, it gets resolved quickly — the system has enough resilience and coordination to recover.

An Aging City

Compounding Deterioration

Roads crack and get patched repeatedly. Drainage backs up. The power grid barely holds. Problems don't stay isolated — they compound. Fix one thing, and something else breaks down. The system has lost its ability to self-regulate.

A younger person, or someone whose health issues are recent, is like a newer city — the foundations are still solid, and recovery tends to happen relatively quickly.

Someone dealing with long-standing, multi-system health problems is like an aging city: weakened organ function, declining immunity, accumulated inflammation and toxicity, systems that have been compensating for years. Recovery is still possible — but it requires real rebuilding, not just patching.

Your Body Is Your Most Important Investment

When a house becomes old, people are willing to spend thousands—or even tens of thousands of dollars—to renovate it.

When a car breaks down, people pay to repair it.

People save for vacations, education, and many other important goals.

Yet the one thing we depend on every day is often the last thing we invest in: our health.

Your body is the only place you will live for your entire life.

Without health, it becomes difficult to enjoy work, family, travel, hobbies, or even daily life itself.

Many people spend years searching for solutions only after their health has already declined significantly.

The question is not whether health is valuable.

The question is whether we choose to invest in it before the cost becomes even greater.

Health is not everything. But without health, everything becomes more difficult.

If you are ready to invest in that foundation — read on.

BioSpiral Healing System

This system is not a fixed protocol or a so-called "standardized package." It is more like a continuously and dynamically adjusting clinical process — because the body is never static. Throughout recovery, a person's energy state, qi and blood circulation, sleep, digestion, emotions, inflammatory response, and immune status are all constantly changing. Truly effective treatment must also continuously adjust its direction based on those changes.

This is also why many long-standing complex problems cannot be truly resolved through a single treatment, a single medication, or a fixed plan.

The core of BioSpiral Healing System is not simply relieving a single symptom — it is helping the body gradually restore its capacity for circulation, coordination, regulation, repair, and self-recovery. Many patients continue to feel better and better after completing the plan, because what truly changed is not just a localized problem, but the operational state of the entire body system.

Dr. Joy has long focused on complex, chronic, and long-recurring health conditions. Many patients who come here have already tried a variety of treatments — some have even received long-term care within major U.S. hospital systems — yet their bodies never truly stabilized.

Through over twenty years of clinical practice treating a large number of complex and chronic cases, Dr. Joy gradually developed a more systematic, integrative clinical approach:

What Makes This Different

Dr. Joy's Clinical Wisdom & the BioSpiral Healing System
TCM Wisdom & Self-Healing Ability You Carry for Life

Throughout the entire healing process, Dr. Joy does not only help you treat your health problems. You will also gradually learn how to truly understand your own body and how to support it in maintaining health and stability over the long term.

Dr. Joy will continuously teach you self-care and self-healing methods that are truly suited to your own constitution, symptoms, recovery state, and lifestyle. You will also learn TCM health wisdom that can benefit you for an entire lifetime, including:

  • The relationship between seasons and diet

  • The Five Elements and daily life rhythm

  • The connection between emotions and organ function

  • The body's relationship to natural rhythms

  • When you sleep is often more important than how long

  • The warming or cooling nature of food often affects the body more directly than nutritional content

  • How emotions, stress, environment, and seasonal changes continuously influence the balance of the body system

  • How to recognize your body's early signals and respond before problems worsen

These are not abstract theories — they are genuine, practical ways of living that can be applied every day.

These are not short-term techniques. They are a way of understanding and caring for your body that can benefit you — and your family — for the rest of your life.

Personalized Self-Healing Methods Tailored to Your Body

Throughout the recovery process, you will gradually learn how to support your body in daily life — not only addressing symptoms when they become severe, but learning to maintain and strengthen your health continuously.

These personalized self-healing methods may include:

Acupressure, Moxibustion, Gua Sha, Food Therapy, Meridian Care, Breathing & Movement, Emotional Regulation, etc.

These are not the generic wellness tips commonly found online. They are personalized guidance specifically designed for your body, based on over twenty years of real clinical experience.

Many patients, throughout this process, come to truly understand for the first time: why their body became increasingly imbalanced, and how to respond when issues first arise — rather than waiting until they become serious.

Many patients, after regaining their health, not only experience improvements in their physical condition — they also rebuild a deeper connection with their body, their life, and the natural rhythms around them.

This is not simply a treatment experience

It is a recalibration of the body's entire system — a restoration of the body's overall functional capacity — and a set of self-healing skills you carry with you for the rest of your life.

How to Choose the Right Plan

Because every person's body is different, the time needed for recovery also differs. Some people's issues are still in an earlier stage, with an overall body foundation that is still reasonably good. Others have been in long-term compensation for years and require deeper, more sustained systemic rebuilding.

For this reason, plans are offered at different stages and lengths.

2 Months-

Entry Health Program

This stage is usually appropriate for those whose symptoms have been present for a shorter period (typically within 1 year), whose overall body foundation is still reasonably good, whose organ function is still relatively stable, who are younger in age, or who would like to first observe their body's response before committing to a longer plan.

Like a city with only 1–3 traffic jams while the rest of the infrastructure remains largely intact. Although some problems have appeared, overall resilience is still present — so after targeted care, the body usually recovers more readily.

For most people at this stage, the body has not yet entered a long-term state of compensatory imbalance, making the recovery process relatively easier.

4 Months-

Core Health Restoration Program

This stage is usually appropriate when multiple symptoms are present simultaneously, the body's recovery capacity has begun to decline, immune function is weakening, symptoms have persisted for 1–3 years, issues recur frequently, or improvement after treatment tends to fade quickly.

At this point, it is no longer just a single blocked intersection — the city's entire traffic system has begun to be affected. Multiple systems have become interlinked, so recovery requires more time and sustained support.

Many people find that the body no longer recovers as quickly as before. Even when treatment brings some improvement, it often cannot truly stabilize. Recovery is still possible — but this stage typically requires a more systematic and sustained rebuilding process.

6 Months-

Comprehensive Whole-System Restoration

Most Recommended

This stage is usually appropriate for long-term chronic problems, multi-system long-term imbalance, years of recurring issues, long-term fatigue, sleep problems, digestive issues, chronic inflammation, low immunity, as well as long-term stress, anxiety, and a body that has been in a state of compensation for a prolonged period.

Symptoms may include: neck and back pain, migraines, cold hands and feet, fatigue, poor sleep, digestive problems, inflammation, anxiety, and more.

At this stage, the body is no longer just "broken in one place." It is more like a city where the roads are deteriorating, the drainage system is backed up, the power grid is unstable, and the entire infrastructure needs to be reorganized.

For the body, this often means declining organ function across multiple systems, a weakening immune system, reduced whole-body circulation and regulatory capacity, and long-term inflammation and compensation.

This is not "minor patchwork." This is genuine systemic rebuilding.

Six months is not "too long" — it is the time truly needed for stable, lasting recovery. Many patients continue to feel better and better after completing the plan, because what truly changed is no longer just a single symptom, but the operational capacity of the entire body system.

One of my patients emailed me seven years later to say the care here made a real difference during the pandemic — at the most critical moment, her body had built genuine resilience.

Understanding the Investment

One of the most common reactions patients have when they first see the cost of this program is:

“That’s expensive.”

That is completely understandable.

Many people naturally compare this program to a typical acupuncture treatment.

However, if you have carefully read the information above, you will see that acupuncture is only one of the tools used within this program.

The true foundation is the BioSpiral Healing System™—a whole-person healing system developed through more than twenty years of clinical experience and continually refined through the care of thousands of patients.

Over the years, I have seen many people choose to explore other options first because of the investment involved, including other acupuncturists, Traditional Chinese Medicine practitioners, Functional Medicine, conventional medical care, and various natural therapies. Many spent considerable time, money, and energy, yet their health continued to fluctuate and never truly stabilized.

Eventually, many of them returned here.

Not because other approaches have no value, but because they realized they needed more than another treatment. They needed a healing system that looks at the whole person and continuously adapts as the body changes.

Many patients who complete the first phase of care later choose to continue into a second or third phase—not because their problems returned, but because they experienced meaningful changes in their health, increased energy, and a greater sense of stability and well-being.

Before considering the investment, take a moment to ask yourself: Are you comparing this to an acupuncture treatment—or to a whole-person healing system that has been refined and validated through more than twenty years of clinical practice?

Typical acupuncture treatment addresses one traffic jam. For a localized, recent, single issue, this often works well — clear the blockage, and things improve.

But when the entire city's traffic system has begun to fail, clearing one intersection isn't enough. Soon, other blockages return. Because the problem is no longer isolated — it's systemic.

There may also be failing drainage, an unstable power grid, deteriorating roads. Patching one location at a time keeps the city limping along — but it never truly recovers.

The Comprehensive Whole-Person Health Plan is a full city restoration team. Not just clearing immediate blockages, but simultaneously addressing the entire system: roads, power, drainage, infrastructure — all of it together. The goal is not temporary relief, but helping the body rebuild the capacity to regulate, recover, and sustain itself.

Many patients continue to feel better and better even after completing the plan — because what truly changed was not just a single symptom, but the functional state of the entire body system.

About Payment

Please begin with three individual sessions first:

Initial Visit → Second Visit → Third Visit

These three visits are an important period of mutual understanding, observation, and assessment. Together we will observe your body's response, recovery capacity, the direction your system is shifting, and whether this healing process is truly suited to your current condition.

Many patients, after the first three visits, will have a much clearer sense of whether this direction truly suits them — and whether the body has begun entering a deeper recovery process.

If you decide to enroll

Starting from the Fourth Visit

The Comprehensive Whole-Person Health Plan begins at your fourth visit, and full upfront payment is required at that point. Our years of clinical experience have shown that commitment, consistency, and level of engagement directly influence the depth and stability of recovery. Lasting, stable recovery typically requires the body to be supported through a continuous, stable process — gradually rebuilding its capacity to function on its own.

Our commitment to you

If, within the first three sessions after enrolling (visits 4 through 6), you feel this approach is not right for you, we will provide a prorated refund. After that point, fees are non-refundable — to maintain the continuity and stability that the overall healing process requires.

Because real healing depends on commitment and trust — from both sides.
