Wellness Courses
The content is created by Joy Yang, and it's copy right proctored. no one can copy or pass it without ...
Dr. Yang taught her patients with these skills and had very good results. You can just follow the course and step by step to help yourself getting better healthy and wellness with strong immunity.
These courses are used for the comprehensive plan patients, who come to EHE clinic once a week. Dr. Yang checks their healing and health progress and sees what their health needs the most that week, and gives them "homework"--self healing and self care at home. Those who have done their "homework" will usually recover from health problems very quickly and the immune system will become much stronger. Many patients have told Dr. Yang that they felt like themselves again. They felt more lively, energetic, and haven't felt this good in a long time! Besides what they learned from these "homework" assignments, this will benefit their whole life. Lots of women also used these knowledge and skills for their children and husbands. So I summarized the most important and helpful "homework", and organized them so that people can learn via online.
Qi/energy is the key for health
Key factors for Qi
Qi is moving all the time
Qi is every where, the nature and human. It's the Qi 's movement that the nature has four seasons, has the day and night, the earth is moving around the sun, and moon is moving around earth...
Qi for human is the life force to keep our internal organs function well. It's like the energy: gas/electric/solar powder, for a car, without them, the car can not run. Without Qi, the life force, we only have our body, no life.
Qi's movement is related to time and space changings, for example, related to different seasons, temperatures, day and night, mountains or water, etc.
The better Qi's quality and movement, the better for a person's health. Since human and nature are one, so Qi's quality to human is related to the nature, to the food we eat, the water we drink, the time we sleeping, and exercises, etc.
The Yin Yang symbol shows how the Qi's moving:
Everything in this world has YIn & Yang, and Qi is the one to keep this world life. Yin & Yang has these four major relationships:
-
Yin & Yang are related to each other,
-
2
-
3
-
4
Computer can create almost everything now, but it is built by 0 and 1, which is Yin & Yang. Just 0 & 1 create the whole computer world, and Yin & Yang create the universe.

Qi/energy system in human
Meridian System
Meridian system was discovered over 2000 years ago from the book: empire's internal medicine. How did it was discovered, no one knows. it's a mysterious. but it's working, over 2000 years practicing, and proves it's correct and more and more researches also found the proves of the meridian system.
14 meridians with 8 extra meridians are all over human body. The Qi is moving in these meridians, like the water is running in a water net system; like the blood provide the nutritious to our internal organs, and like the gas to make the car, our body, function well.
The 14 meridians are:
-
1
-
2
Qi's movement is time senstive
The movement of Qi in these meridians also related to time, so time is a critical factor to keep the Qi's movement too.
Following the Qi/energy movement in the meridian path, where every 2 hours goes to a specific internal organ. These movement are in harmony with nature. Qi's movement has been proven to work for over 2000 years, but now people are distant from nature and rely themselves with high technology. Most of these lifestyles are not considered healthy. For example, following the Qi’s movement with nature, humans should sleep after dark around 7 or 8pm, and get up at dawn around 5 or 6am. But now most people sleep around midnight and wake after 9am.
In order to maintain our health, we have to follow the rhythm of nature and the Qi's movement.
Here’s a brief summary of the 24 hour Qi cycle:
-
3 a.m. to 5 a.m. is Lung time
-
5 a.m. to 7 a.m. is Large Intestine time
-
7 a.m. to 9 a.m. is Stomach time
-
9 a.m. to 11 a.m. is Spleen time
-
11 a.m. to 1 a.m. is Heart time
-
1 p.m. to 3 p.m. is Small Intestine time
-
3 p.m. to 5 p.m. is Urinary Bladder time
-
5 p.m. to 7 p.m. is Kidney time
-
7 p.m. to 9 p.m. is Pericardium time
-
9 p.m. to 11 p.m. is Triple Burner time
-
11 p.m. to 1 a.m. is Gall Bladder time
-
1 a.m. to 3 a.m. is Liver time

Qi's quality
Qi's quality is related to:
-
How strong it is
-
If its enough
-
The relationship between qi and blood
YangQi and Immunity
Immunity is the key to healing health and wellness. For Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM), YangQi (energy) is the key factor that decides whether a person's immunity is good or not. In the clinic, I notice that the people's body temperatures are lower than average than 10 to 20 years ago. From the TCM point of view, there is too much “cold” inside the body. The body temperature should be 36.5 degrees, but now many people's body temperature is lower than 36 degrees. Lots of research also shows that increasing the body temperature to just 1 degree can greatly improve the immunity, some say may improve five times more. Too much "cold" inside the body can hurt the immune system and will prevent the internal organs to work normally.
How to increase YangQi, which can help increase the immunity is a key for healing and health.
YangQi (energy) for humans is like the gas used for a car. Without gas a car cannot run properly as this applies to humans as well. For example, children usually have much more Yangqi, so they are more active, energetic, healthy, and have warm hands/feet; whereas the elderly usually have Yangqi deficiency, symptoms of cold hand/feet, and various health problems, etc.
There are many different ways to improve Yangqi. I summarized several important and practical tips that showed great results in many of my patients.

90% people have Yang Qi's deficiency & symptoms
Qi's moving in meridian system is like the water running in rivers:
-
If the water is small/less, the moving may slow down; bigger, it moves faster.
-
If there is something, like trash, to block the path, it will be more difficult for the small amount of water to wash away the trash, and it will be getting bigger and bigger, like the tumor in human body. If the water is moving stronger, a trash can be washed away when it's just formed .
-
Temperature is important for the Qi's movement. In winter time, the water is moving slower, and even stop if it's iced. Summer time, water is bigger.
The symptoms of Qi deficiency:
-
Colder hands/feet or belly, bottom,
-
Qi's deficiency in different internal organs :
-
Spleen Qi's dificency:
-
Lung
-
kidney
