Joy Yang

A LIFE-CHANGING, TRADITIONAL CHINESE MEDICINE DOCTOR
Dr. Yang’s skillsets go well beyond acupuncture. She provides a whole realm of services not commonly found outside of China (such as moxa treatments, herbal remedies, pulse consultations, cupping, and the seven starred needle).
Further separating herself from other Western doctors, Dr. Yang views each patient holistically— meaning she takes an entire patient's life into account before diagnosing or administering treatment. To do this she learns as much as possible about each patient's emotions, career path, life stressors, dreams, medical history, home life, etc. Once she understands who you truly are, she is better able to help you get to where you need to be.
Many patients who come to her are unsatisfied with traditional Western approaches to their health and are looking for a way to truly heal the root of their problems. Unlike many practitioners, Dr. Yang teaches her patients how to continue upon the progress they made before leaving her direct care. Her treatment is so well received that oftentimes patients convince their friends and family to see her, too. In one family, she's worked with a patient as young as 2 months old to one as old as 92.
Dr. Joy Yang doesn't just help with physical issues. She also helps with marriages, relationships, and important life decisions (via pulse consultations). All of her patients agree that she is a truly holistic doctor!
