Clinical Care Structure
Every patient begins with a clinical evaluation and initial treatment. After assessing symptoms, history, and system patterns, care is recommended based on the scope and depth of imbalance.
Path 1
Focused Care
(Session-by-Session)
For localized or stable concerns (often a single primary complaint), care may proceed session-by-session. Your first visit includes both evaluation and active treatment. No long-term commitment is required to begin.
Path 2
Comprehensive Whole-Person Health Plan
When a condition involves multiple systems, long-standing dysfunction, immune or regulatory instability, or recurring patterns that have not resolved with fragmented care, a structured multi-visit plan may be recommended to restore deeper regulation over time.

Because this level of care involves extended clinical oversight and progression, total investment is higher than single visits. Compared to repeated specialist visits, imaging, long-term medication dependency, or piecemeal treatment cycles, structured integrative care is often more cost-effective over time.
After Improvement
Maintenance & Wellness
Once stability is achieved, many patients transition to maintenance sessions to preserve regulation and resilience. A common rhythm is about once per month, adjusted by clinical need.
Fees
Clinic Visit: $150 per session
Royal Patient: $120 per session
A comprehensive whole person health plan is discussed after evaluation and may involve a structured series of visits over time. Detailed plan options are provided to patients when clinically appropriate.
How to Book

For Returning Patients
If you have visited EHE Clinic & Wellness before, booking is simple.
You do NOT need to log in to book.

Enter the same name and email you used previously

Your past visits and packages will automatically link to your account after booking.
If the system does not immediately recognize your history, this usually resolves after account verification.​​
About client accounts (optional)
After booking, you may choose to create a client account if you wish. A client account allows you to: View upcoming and past appointments Reschedule or cancel appointments online (within clinic policy) Manage packages, if applicable Creating an account is optional and not required for care. If you don’t see your past visits right away In some cases, past appointments and packages may appear after account verification.
Waiting List (Earlier Appointment Requests)
If your preferred appointment time is not available, you may request to be placed on the waiting list. An existing appointment is required to join the waiting list If an earlier opening becomes available, we will contact you Availability depends on schedule changes and cannot be guaranteed Being on the waiting list does not reserve or guarantee an appointment, but it allows us to notify you if an earlier option opens.
Rescheduling & Cancellation
Appointments may be rescheduled or canceled online.

All appointments require payment at the time of booking.
