Appointment Information
​This page provides general information about online scheduling, appointment management, and clinic policies.
For most patients, booking can be completed quickly without reviewing all details below.

How to Book

For New and Returning Patients：

Select your appointment category and appointment type.

You may book your appointment without signing in.​

After booking, you will be prompted to create a client account:

Click Register for an Account
-
Use the same name and email you have used with us previously (if applicable)

Set a password and confirm your registration

​Once your account is verified, all future appointments can be managed easily online.

For Returning Patients：
If you had appointments or packages in our previous scheduling system,
your past visits and packages will be automatically linked after account verification.

​
Waiting List：
If your preferred appointment time is not available, you may join our waiting list.

If an earlier time becomes available, we will contact you to offer that appointment.

An existing appointment is required in order to join the waiting list.
Placement on the waiting list does not guarantee availability.

Rescheduling & Cancellation Policy：
Appointments may be rescheduled or cancelled online
with at least 48 hours’ notice prior to the scheduled appointment time.
This policy allows us to reserve adequate time and provide care thoughtfully to all patients.

Payment Policy：
All appointments require upfront payment at the time of booking.
