Maintenance & Follow-Up Care
Maintenance & wellness care supports ongoing balance, resilience, and system stability once initial concerns have been addressed.
This phase is not intended for evaluating new or complex conditions, but for maintaining progress and supporting long-term health.
Who This Care Is For
Maintenance & wellness care may be appropriate if:
-
You have completed an initial phase of care and your condition has stabilized
-
You are not experiencing new, worsening, or complex symptoms
-
You are seeking ongoing balance, regulation, and preventive support
-
Your care has already been guided by clinical evaluation
If new or evolving concerns arise, a return to clinical evaluation may be recommended.

Purpose of Maintenance & Wellness Care
The goal of this phase is not intensive system restructuring, but steady support of overall balance and function.
Care during this phase focuses on:
-
Maintaining system regulation achieved through prior treatment
-
Supporting resilience during periods of stress, travel, or seasonal change
-
Preventing recurrence of previously addressed concerns
-
Promoting long-term vitality and well-being
This phase emphasizes consistency and fine-tuning rather than correction.
