The Six Healing Sounds practice has been a part of traditional Chinese medicine for over 2000 years, with its origins dating back to at least the Han Dynasty (206 BCE-220 CE). Each of the six sounds corresponds to a specific internal organ and the five elements in TCM (wood, fire, earth, metal, and water). The practice started from Monks, and now still a popular health practice in China. Practice the six sounds often can promote physical, emotional, and spiritual health; Release stagnant Qi (life force energy) in the body and improve organ function.
