Comprehensive Whole- Person Health Plan

Before deciding, please take time to read the principles below. This approach is not suitable for everyone.

This comprehensive plan reflects over two decades of real-world clinical practice by Dr. Joy Yang, working with individuals experiencing complex, long-standing, whole-body health concerns.

It is grounded in a clinical system refined through long-term observation, clinical responsibility, and ongoing validation — not theory alone.

The Comprehensive Whole-Person Health Plan is a structured clinical care pathway designed for individuals with complex, multi-system imbalance.
It is not intended to address a single localized symptom, nor is it structured around isolated techniques or short-term interventions.

This approach focuses on system-level regulation rather than symptom-based care.

The clinical system behind this plan

The Comprehensive Whole-Person Health Plan is built upon the BioSpiral 5D Healing System, developed by Dr. Joy Yang through more than 20 years of clinical practice. This system was not derived from a single textbook, protocol, or modality. Instead, it evolved through continuous clinical observation, refinement, and validation across thousands of real patient cases — including complex, recurrent, and treatment-resistant conditions.

Why whole-person, system-level care is required

For complex or long-standing conditions, isolated or short-term treatments — even when they provide temporary relief — rarely lead to lasting improvement. You may think of this kind of imbalance like a city experiencing widespread traffic gridlock. Clearing one intersection may bring brief relief, but unless the entire system regains coordination, congestion soon returns. Whole-person care is designed to restore flow, coordination, and self-regulation across the entire system, rather than addressing symptoms one at a time. As regulation gradually improves, the body is able to return toward its natural, stable, and resilient operating state. The goal of this approach is not short-term symptom suppression, but to support the body’s own capacity for regulation, coordination, and sustainable recovery.

A highly individualized, one-on-one clinical process

From beginning to end, the Comprehensive Whole-Person Health Plan is a highly individualized, one-on-one clinical process. This is essential because each person differs in: •Physical constitution and symptom patterns •Immune strength and resilience •Lifestyle, stress load, and daily rhythms •Living environment and real-life constraints As a result, there is no standardized treatment template. Care is continuously adjusted based on how the body responds over time.

An essential part of this plan

Healing within this system does not occur only during clinic visits. After each session, patients receive individualized guidance based on their specific condition and system response. This guidance is designed to support the body between visits, using practical applications of Traditional Chinese Medicine principles. Many patients discover that through this process, they are not only receiving treatment, but also developing a deeper understanding of how their own body functions and responds.

What this comprehensive plan includes

Each phase of care may include, as clinically appropriate: Acupuncture as the primary treatment modality, guided by system-level clinical judgment Customized herbal formulas, tailored to your unique condition and adjusted every 1–2 weeks as your body changes Personalized self-healing skills and self-treatment assignments to support progress between visits Traditional Chinese Medicine lifestyle guidance, including daily rhythm, diet, and recovery support Educational resources and materials to help you understand your healing process Home-based support tools, when appropriate, to reinforce treatment effects outside the clinic Care components are selected and adjusted based on your individual presentation and response, rather than applied as a fixed package.

One-Month

Comprehensive Whole-Person Plan

Entry & Observation Period

 $1,280

This phase typically includes up to 4 clinical visits, used to observe system response.

This option allows the body to begin entering system-level regulation
and provides an opportunity to observe how the system responds to care.

This phase is not a stand-alone short-term treatment, but an entry and assessment stage of comprehensive care.

Time structure and plan options

The Comprehensive Whole-Person Health Plan offers several entry options, designed to match different levels of system complexity and readiness for care.

Important clarification regarding plan selection

•One-month, three-month, and five-month options represent distinct structures of care •The three-month plan is not part of the five-month plan •There is no upgrade or conversion between plans If further care is appropriate after completing a phase, subsequent treatment is arranged as a new phase of care, not an extension of a previous plan.

Three-Month

Comprehensive Whole-Person Plan

Primary System Rebuilding Phase

 $3,840

This phase typically includes up to 12 clinical visits, guided by system response.

Realistic expectations for the three-month plan (very important)
In system-level care, three months is often a meaningful stage at which clear changes begin to emerge.
Many patients observe:

  • Noticeable improvement  compared to baseline

  • Better coordination of system responses

  • Reduced frequency and  intensity of symptoms

  • Greater resilience to stress and environmental changes

For individuals who are younger or have stronger baseline health, three months may be sufficient to return the body to a relatively stable, near-normal state.

For long-standing or multi-system conditions, the first three months often represent
a system activation and directional rebuilding phase, with further care helping consolidate and stabilize results.

Five-Month

Comprehensive Whole-Person Plan

Last Standing & Complex System Resortation

 $6,200

This phase typically includes up to 20 clinical visits over a longer stabilization period.

A five-month structure is often more appropriate for  individuals with:

  • Long-standing or chronic conditions

  • Lower immune resilience

  • Systemic imbalance present over a longer period

In these situations, five months is not excessive, but reflects the time required for stable system-level restoration.

Scheduling clarification

This plan is arranged outside the online scheduling system. Comprehensive Whole-Person Health Plans are scheduled individually after plan selection. This allows appropriate structure, timing, and clinical oversight.

Payment & Refund Policy
(Please read before enrollment)

Comprehensive Whole-Person Health Plans at EHE Clinic are structured clinical care pathways, not session-based services or month-to-month programs. Payment Structure: All Comprehensive Plans (One-Month Entry, Three-Month Plan, and Five-Month Plan) require full payment at the time of enrollment. Plans cannot be divided into monthly payments, installments, deposits, or modified payment arrangements. Enrollment confirms commitment to the entire clinical structure, not to individual sessions. Refund Policy: Once a plan has begun, all fees are non-refundable, including for unused sessions, early discontinuation, scheduling changes, or personal circumstances. Fees are not refunded based on partial participation, symptom fluctuation, or perceived progress at intermediate stages. This policy exists to protect the clinical integrity of system-level care, which depends on continuity, commitment, and completion rather than session-by-session evaluation.

Before deciding

Whole-person care requires consistency, continuity, and a defined time commitment. During comprehensive care, this plan is generally recommended as the primary treatment direction, to avoid interference from multiple treatment systems operating simultaneously. Please consider whether you are able to prioritize health for a defined period before entering this plan. These considerations are not restrictions, but conditions that allow system-level care to function effectively. Enrollment in comprehensive care confirms agreement with the Payment & Refund Policy outlined above.

Individuals uncertain about readiness for comprehensive care are encouraged to begin with the One-Month Entry & Observation Period prior to enrolling in a multi-month plan.

Next Steps

If, after reviewing the information above, you feel this plan may be appropriate for you, the next step is to contact Dr. Yang to coordinate scheduling. Comprehensive Health Plans are arranged individually and are not booked through the online scheduling system.
